How can people be so blind about this?

Today there are a lot of people who are not blind but pretended to be blind.They can see clearly and have brain to rationalize of what is the purpose of this facility, but are they brain dead or something?

This is so ridiculous for blind people to walk cross the road. Moreover, I believe that everyone is understood with these facilities. If this is meant for those who cant see to walk across the road, then how are they going to cross the road with the stupid car blocking the way?

This is very inconsiderate of Malaysian in Penang making life more difficult for the disable people who already face a lot of problems in their life.
