One day a father and his rich family took his young son on a trip to the country with the firm purpose to show him how poor people can be. They spent a day and a night in the farm of a very poor family.

When they got back from their trip the father asked his son, "How was the trip?"Very good, Dad!""Did you see how poor people can be?" the father asked."Yeah!" "And what did you learn?"The son answered, "I saw that we have a dog at home, and they have four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of the garden, they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lamps in the garden, they have the stars. Our patio reaches to the front yard, they have a whole horizon.When the little boy was finishing, his father was speechless.

His son added, "Thanks, Dad, for showing me how poor we are!" Isn't it true that it all depends on the way you look at things?

If you have love, friends, family, health, good humor and a positive attitude toward life, you've got everything!You can't buy any of these things. You can have all the material possessions you can imagine, provisions for the future, etc., but if you are poor of spirit, you have nothing!

What Considered a "Good" Life?

Undeniably, happiness is the ultimate goal of every human being in this world sought for. But, is happiness really that important? Without a doubt, a life without happiness is a meaningless life. People would not go through hard work every day to earn money to support their life in the future. People will no longer make wishes, no more dreams and aims in life, and amount of money is this world means nothing without happiness. This shows that happiness is indeed a very important factor in our life. However, HAVE we been overestimated the meaning of happiness?

If our life only consist of good memories and happiness, will our life will just become meaningless??? How would you want your life be?? Happiness is the ultimate goal of all men sought of in this world. What we work so hard for and what we are doing today is to aim for a happy life in the future. Are you willing to do anything.... yes! ANYTHING.. to get a happy life?? ARE YOU?
Using what ever means necessary to obtain the so-called happiness? WHen you obtained the the so-called happiness, are you happy with it?

MONEY!! is really this piece of paper bring happiness to you? ~yes, of course~ People believe that, with money life would be happier, easier, contented and so on. In reality, money does have a link or connection with happiness. Some researches shows money actually brings happiness until certain extend. It seems like people have overestimate the importance of happiness in their life. Happiness is important but so as the difficult times of our life. The suffering and the hard times that everyone go through will make up one’s life and this will make our like become more meaningful.

Life is a continuous sequence of experience where each of us has to face in life. Whether the experience are good or bad but eventually both of the experience will help us in our life and making life contented and more meaningful. This is why everyone’s life should consist of highs and lows.

Perhaps life would be better off if it only consist of happiness instead of sadness and misery??
